Event Cancellation:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to info@abelusi.co.za
For cancellations received more than one week prior to the course:
• 10% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations received less than ONE WEEK prior to the course:
• 25% cancellation fee will apply.
For cancellations received within 24 hours of the course:
• 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Substitutes are welcome at no additional charge. Substitute's personal and contact details must be e-mailed  to info@abelusi.co.za.

Postponements:
All Postponements not received in writing  at least 2 working-days prior to the event will incur a 40% penalty fee.

Absent Delegates:
In the event that a delegate does not arrive for the course and no written cancellation has been received and confirmed, the full course fee will be payable

Presenters:
Should it be necessary, Abelusi Training Network reserves the right to substitute the presenter with a suitable and capable substitute.

Course Aim:

A three-day training course and hands-on workshop on the TenStep Project Management Process. Much of the work that you do can be organized as a project. The ability to successfully define and subsequently manage a project is quickly leaving the realm of the extraordinary and is becoming a core competency for many organizations. Managing a project is not easy and project management skills do not come naturally to many people. Fortunately, the skills associated with defining and managing a project can be learned. Understanding and practicing the concepts taught and using the set of tools and templates provided, increases your success on any project.

Accreditation

This course is globally accredited with the Project Management Institute (PMI). The presenters, TenStep (Southern Africa) holds REP(Registered Education Provider) status from the PMI internationally.
Participants can register 24 Contact Hours of training or 24 PDU’s (professional Development Units towards obtaining/maintaining the acclaimed PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification from the PMI.

About the presenter:

Andre Nortier, the Managing Director of TenStep Southern Africa, has more than 20 years experience as a professional project manager and business development consultant. He successfully consulted for various international companies as a project management specialist with expertise in directing highly complex projects that build and optimize organisational processes and measurement systems as well as IT infrastructure and enterprise business solutions. His hands-on experience in managing complex projects and his exceptional ability to facilitate training classes, made him well known and respected by his students and client companies as well as universities all over Sub-Sahara Africa. Many of Andre’s students successfully qualified as PMP’s (Project Management Professional) from the PMI and some found his motivation an inspiration to complete their Doctorate Degrees in Project Management.
